Advantixx Insurance Group is hiring a Licensed Insurance Producer for Property & Casualty in Henderson. The role focuses on developing new personal-lines business by understanding client needs, presenting tailored coverage options, and maintaining a disciplined sales pipeline.

Responsibilities include responding to leads, quoting Auto/Home/Renters products, and building long-term client relationships while maintaining CRM records and sales forecasts.

Qualificações

• Active Nevada Property & Casualty license is preferred; candidates able to obtain licensing promptly may be considered.
• Sales or customer-service experience with strong communication and follow-through.
• Coachable, goal-oriented, organized, and comfortable using technology.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Respond quickly to inbound leads and create new opportunities through referrals and outbound prospecting.
• Quote Auto, Home, Renters, and related products within licensing and carrier authority.
• Explain coverage choices clearly, complete documentation accurately, and close new business.
• Maintain CRM activity, follow-up tasks, and sales forecasts.
• Build long-term relationships through ethical selling, cross-selling, and excellent service.
