Qualifications

• Active Nevada Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License.
• Previous insurance agency, insurance sales, or insurance customer service experience.
• Strong understanding of personal lines insurance and agency operations.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working with CRM, agency management, quoting, and carrier systems.
• Ability to analyze agency performance and identify areas requiring improvement.
• Professional, dependable, and capable of handling confidential information.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with agency ownership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and workflow of Advantixx Insurance.
• Coach and support licensed producers and customer service team members.
• Monitor lead distribution, sales pipelines, and customer service requests.
• Set daily priorities and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Quote and sell personal and commercial insurance products.
• Generate new business and help meet production goals.
• Follow up with prospects, leads, referrals, and customers.
• Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor sales activity, conversion, and retention metrics.
• Develop sales skills and customer relationship abilities within the team.
• Ensure calls, emails, and service requests are handled promptly.
• Assist with escalated customer service matters.
• Support policy renewals and retention initiatives.
• Maintain records in agency management and carrier systems.
• Coordinate schedules, training, onboarding, and staff needs.
• Provide performance feedback to agency leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
