Qualifications

• Active Nevada Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License required.
• Experience in insurance agency sales or customer service.
• Strong understanding of personal lines and agency operations.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to coach and hold team accountable while managing priorities.
• Comfort with CRM, agency management, quotes, and carrier systems.
• Ability to analyze agency performance and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and workflow of Advantixx Insurance.
• Coach and support licensed producers and customer service staff.
• Monitor leads, sales pipelines, and customer service requests.
• Set daily priorities and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Quote and sell available personal and commercial insurance products.
• Generate new business and help meet production goals.
• Follow up with prospects, referrals, and existing customers.
• Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-selling opportunities.
