Qualifications

• Active Nevada Property & Casualty producer license in good standing.

• Excellent judgment, communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Experience with CRM, quoting, and performance-reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales activity and pipeline reviews, coaching, call quality, and producer performance accountability.
• Establish measurable goals for new business, retention, cross-selling, and customer experience.
• Coach producers on need-based conversations, ethical sales practices, and CRM use.
• Review quotes, applications, and files for completeness and compliance.
• Coordinate lead assignment and ensure timely, professional handling of opportunities.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, licensing verification, continuing education, and performance management.
• Escalate concerns promptly and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Operate within licensed scope, carrier appointments, and applicable law.

Advantixx Insurance is hiring a Producer Team Lead / Sales Manager to coach a growing team of licensed producers, strengthen sales execution, and protect the quality of every customer interaction. This is a full-time, onsite leadership position in Henderson, Nevada, reporting to the Principal Producer. The role combines hands-on production leadership, compliance oversight, pipeline management, and team development.

What you’ll do

• Lead daily sales activity, pipeline reviews, coaching, call quality, and accountability for producer performance.
• Establish measurable goals for new business, retention, cross-selling, customer experience, documentation quality, and follow-up.
• Coach producers on needs-based conversations, ethical sales practices, coverage discussions, and accurate CRM use.
• Review quotes, applications, files, and sales activity for completeness and compliance.
• Coordinate lead assignment and ensure timely, professional handling of inbound and outbound opportunities.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, licensing verification, continuing education, and performance management.
• Escalate customer, carrier, licensing, appointment, privacy, or conduct concerns promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer, prospect, carrier, compensation, workforce, and agency information.
• Perform producer activities only within the scope of active licenses, carrier appointments, written agency authority, and applicable law.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada Property & Casualty producer license in good standing.
• Demonstrated insurance sales success and experience coaching or leading a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of personal-lines sales, retention, documentation, and customer-service practices.
• Excellent judgment, communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to use CRM, agency-management, quoting, and performance-reporting systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills and additional Life & Health or commercial-lines experience are preferred.

Licensing and compliance

A license alone does not authorize every activity or product. The selected candidate must maintain all required licenses and continuing education and may sell, solicit, negotiate, or bind insurance only when properly licensed, appointed where required, trained, and expressly authorized by Advantixx Insurance and the applicable carrier.

Compensation and benefits

This is a full-time employee position. Final base compensation, commission eligibility, bonus eligibility, and benefits will be stated in the written offer and applicable plans.
