Job summary

The Wright Agency, an Elite Mega Allstate Agency in Connecticut, is hiring Licensed Insurance Sales Producers to drive growth in Fairfield and New Haven counties. You will generate opportunities, quote and sell P&C products, and build a robust sales pipeline.

We seek humble, hungry, and coachable professionals who are optimistic, conscientious, and team-oriented. Experience is valued, but a proven sales track record can trump background. Training and growth await.

Qualifications

• Proven and verifiable sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently follow up.
• Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work full-time in offices in Fairfield or New Haven counties.
• Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain before starting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to new leads and sales opportunities.
• Quote and sell Property & Casualty insurance products.
• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospects.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Follow a proven, systematic sales process.
• Identify client needs and recommend coverage.
• Educate clients on protection and value—not just price.
• Overcome objections and close sales.
• Cross-sell additional products based on client needs.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals.

We are looking for someone who is optimistic, competitive, conscientious, emotionally intelligent, and hungry to succeed. Insurance experience is preferred but not required for candidates with a proven sales track record.

What You'll Do

Requirements
