The Juris Agency, a Farmers Insurance agency in Grove City, OH, is seeking a Licensed Insurance Producer to drive growth and deliver exceptional service to clients in the community.

You will build relationships, assess clients’ needs, and cross-sell personal and commercial lines with support from Farmers Insurance resources. The role emphasizes local engagement, mentorship, and achievement of sales targets.

Formación

• Active Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• 1+ years of insurance sales or related sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve goals.
• Professional and customer-focused attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Conduct insurance reviews and identify appropriate coverage solutions.

• Follow up on leads and quote opportunities in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to promote client retention.
