Advantixx Insurance in Henderson, NV is seeking a licensed Customer Retention & Cross-Sell Producer to strengthen client relationships, improve policy retention, and identify opportunities to round out existing accounts. This full-time, onsite role reports to agency leadership in Henderson, Nevada.

The position focuses on proactive renewal outreach, identifying coverage gaps, and responsibly cross-selling within licensed accounts while maintaining compliance and accurate documentation.

Formación

• Active Nevada Property & Casualty producer license in good standing.
• Insurance service, retention, account-management, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, documentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills and Life & Health licensing are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct proactive renewal, retention, and policy-review outreach.
• Identify coverage gaps and present suitable personal-lines solutions.
• Cross-sell eligible products within active license, appointment, training, and authority.
• Respond professionally to billing, policy-change, renewal, and service questions.
• Document every material customer interaction, recommendation, consent, and follow-up.
• Protect confidential information.
• Meet retention, cross-sell, quality, follow-up, and customer-experience targets without high-pressure tactics.
• Escalate complaints, coverage concerns, privacy incidents, and compliance issues promptly.
