Job summary

Tim Lane State Farm seeks a licensed Washington State Property and Casualty/Life & Health customer service representative for its Spokane Valley office. You will manage existing policies, handle policy changes, billing, and claims support while assisting the Agent/Owner and teammates.

Ideal candidates have P&C license, auto/homeowners experience, and strong computer skills (Excel/Outlook/Word). A positive, friendly attitude and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold Washington State Property and Casualty Insurance License prior to employment.
• Experience in automotive/homeowners insurance customer service is a plus.
• Life and Health insurance customer service experience is a plus.
• Detail oriented and organized with strong writing and data entry abilities.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, Word and customer data systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage current customer policies and respond to policy questions.
• Process changes to current customer policies and provide billing support.
• Assist team members and Agent/Owner to deliver exceptional service.
• Provide claims support and underwriting assistance as needed.
