Key Responsibilities:

• Service existing insurance accounts by processing policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
• Cross sell clients
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner
• Issue certificates of insurance, ID cards, and policy documents
• Review policies for accuracy, coverage, and compliance with carrier guidelines
• Assist clients with billing questions and payment processing
• Support claims reporting and follow up as needed
