Bennett & Porter in Arizona is seeking a Licensed Customer Service Representative to manage client policies, resolve billing issues, file claims, and educate customers on coverages. Base pay ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 with benefits including PTO, insurance, and profit sharing.

Fully remote work opportunity becomes available after a 90-day in-office training period, with a Monday–Friday schedule and team-building activities.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Prior personal lines customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Service and manage an existing book of business with accuracy.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and renewals.
• File and track claims, assisting clients through resolution.
• Educate policyholders on coverages, exposures, and exclusions.
• Resolve billing issues with timely solutions.
