Bennett & Porter in Arizona is seeking a Licensed Customer Service Representative to manage client policies, resolve billing issues, file claims, and educate customers on coverages. Base pay ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 with benefits including PTO, insurance, and profit sharing.

Fully remote work opportunity becomes available after a 90-day in-office training period, with a Monday–Friday schedule and team-building activities.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Prior personal lines customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Service and manage an existing book of business with accuracy.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and renewals.
• File and track claims, assisting clients through resolution.
• Educate policyholders on coverages, exposures, and exclusions.
• Resolve billing issues with timely solutions.

We are seeking a Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to our clients by managing policy changes, resolving billing issues, filing claims, and educating them on coverages. • Base Pay: $50,000–$60,000 (based on experience)
