TEKsystems in Dallas, TX is seeking a Remote Licensed P&C Customer Service Rep. This is a direct hire, fully remote position with no sales, requiring an active P&C license and a HS diploma or GED.

You will respond to inquiries from customers and agents, handle policy and billing matters, and complete updates under a license. Training is Mon-Fri EST, 8:00–5:00 or 10:00–6:30; after training you must cover shifts 7:00–8:00 pm EST Mon-Sun. This role offers medical, dental, 401(k) and other benefits.
