Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Active Life and Health license required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous service, including answering inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing.
• Guide customers through a needs-based review process, providing education on insurance options tailored to their unique situations.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a consistent commitment to achieving daily and long-term goals.
• Remain current with product changes, licensing, technical developments, and ongoing education requirements.
• Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent to support business operations and client service excellence.
