Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty insurance license required.
• Previous insurance customer service experience required.
• Prior Allstate agency experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, patient, and confident when handling customer concerns.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and managing competing priorities.
• Dependable, accountable, coachable, and able to work independently.
• Must be available to work in the office during standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, email, text, and in person
• Process policy changes accurately and promptly
• Answer questions regarding coverage, billing, payments, renewals, and policy documents
• Help customers navigate the claims process and connect them with the appropriate resources
• Review policies for accuracy and identify potential coverage gaps
• Support customer retention by addressing concerns and providing solutions
• Identify appropriate cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs
• Document all customer interactions and policy activity thoroughly
• Follow up on outstanding service requests to ensure completion
• Maintain compliance with agency procedures and insurance regulations
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities
