Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty license required.
• Previous insurance customer service experience required.
• Allstate agency experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, email, text, and in person.
• Process policy changes accurately and promptly.
• Answer questions regarding coverage, billing, payments, renewals, and policy documents.
• Help customers navigate the claims process and connect them with the appropriate resources.
• Review policies for accuracy and identify potential coverage gaps.
• Support customer retention by addressing concerns and providing solutions.
• Identify appropriate cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs.
• Document all customer interactions and policy activity thoroughly.
• Follow up on outstanding service requests to ensure completion.
• Maintain compliance with agency procedures and insurance regulations.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
