Job summary

The Juris Agency is expanding its sales team in the United States, offering in-office and remote opportunities for a high-energy Elite Producer-Insurance Closing Specialist. You will handle live transfers, quote new business, and manage real-time data leads using Ricochet CRM to keep your pipeline full.

You must have a track record of top performance, experience with leads, and a P&C or Personal Lines license.

Qualifications

• Experience working with leads and inbound opportunities.
• Proven track record of being a top performer.
• Licence in P&C or Personal Lines is required.

Responsibilities

• Take live transfer inbound calls and quote new business.
• Work real-time internet/data leads (no lists, no cold spam).
• Use Ricochet CRM to track and manage lead flow.
• Follow a proven sales process to close deals.
• Close business and receive compensation as per commission plan.
