George Mauricio Agency is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Producer in California to close deals using live transfers and inbound leads. This role emphasizes selling over chasing cold calls and offers a path to significant earnings through commissions and bonuses.

You will quote and sell personal lines, including auto and home, while maintaining a high closing ratio and documenting all interactions in agency systems. This is a growth‑oriented, weekday position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Proven ability to close sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle 25+ qualified sales opportunities per day, including live transfers and inbound leads.
• Establish rapport with prospects and identify insurance needs.
• Quote and sell personal lines (auto and home).
• Follow up with prospects who do not purchase initially.
• Overcome objections and close sales.
• Cross-sell and identify opportunities for additional products, including life insurance.
• Document interactions, quotes, and sales activity in agency systems.
• Meet or exceed sales, premium, and production goals.
