Job summary

Harlow Insurance Agency is hiring for a high-energy, remote-based insurance sales role based in Santa Barbara. You will handle 10 live transfers daily, qualify leads, quote auto and home lines, and close sales from a steady stream of fresh opportunities.

You must hold an active Property and Casualty license and have proven outbound sales experience. A California license for nonresident applicants is required if applicable. Great earning potential with leads provided and coaching.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license; California nonresident license requirement for out-of-state applicants.
• Proven outbound or phone-based insurance sales experience.
• Track record with premium written, close rate, or team ranking.
• Strong self-discipline and a quiet remote work setup.
• Confident, friendly phone presence and drive to win.

Responsibilities

• Take live transfers from telemarketers and turn conversations into sales.
• Work a daily pool of fresh leads (about 120 new leads available each day).
• Quote auto, home, and related lines quickly and accurately.
• Run a consistent daily rhythm of transfers, callbacks, quotes, and follow ups.
• Keep clean notes and pipeline records in our systems.
• Hit and exceed monthly production targets.
