Qualifications

• At least four years of insurance or related sales experience is required.
• Active Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses are required.
• Demonstrated success in consultative sales and account development.
• Proven ability to retain business and resolve complex customer concerns.
• Successful record of coaching, mentoring, or supporting other team members.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and confidently recommend appropriate solutions.
• Organized, accountable, and comfortable working toward performance goals.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive, consultative reviews of current policyholders’ accounts.
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate products and additional coverage.
• Develop opportunities to deepen customer relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Address escalated customer-care concerns with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Implement strategies that support customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance while helping customers make informed coverage decisions.
• Mentor team members and model effective sales and customer-care practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all agency and industry requirements.
