Job summary

Kemper Corporation is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent for a field role. You will visit clients’ homes to present Kemper Life products, close new sales, and manage a book of business with commission-based income and a sign-on bonus.

You will work in a field capacity with benefits and ongoing career growth opportunities. Applicants must be fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life products, have strong customer service skills, and meet the listed requirements.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life products (Life, Health, P&C).
• Customer service experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license with auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate home visits and conduct sales presentations to close new policies.
• Prospect for new sales opportunities and grow the assigned territory.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and collect premiums on a pre-arranged schedule.
• Respond to service requests (beneficiary changes, claims, loans) and handle policy paperwork.
