Kemper Corporation is seeking Licensed Insurance Sales Agents in a field role with a sign-on bonus and uncapped commissions. You will visit households to sell Kemper Life products, collect premiums, and service existing accounts while building an established book of business.

The role emphasizes autonomy, performance-based bonuses, and opportunities for growth across Kemper Life products. Applicants must be fully licensed and able to travel within assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed to sell Kemper Life products (Life, Health, P&C).
• Customer service experience required.
• Authorized to work in the United States; must be at least 18; valid driver’s license.
• Pass background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate home visits and conduct sales presentations to close new policies.
• Prospect for new sales opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships by collecting premiums on a pre-arranged schedule.
• Respond to service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, and loans.
• Record keeping and processing policy paperwork.
• Grow the assigned territory through new sales and pursue continuous professional development.
