Job summary

Simply Business in Boston is seeking Licensed Insurance Agents to join our Customer Solutions Center. You’ll guide customers through their sales journey, helping them find the right coverage for their business, while contributing ideas to improve sales and the customer experience.

This is a hybrid role with in-office attendance required at least once per month for connections events, team building, and coaching.

Qualifications

Property & Casualty Producer license is required.
At least one year of experience selling insurance in a call center.
Passion for customer experience and closing sales.
Ability to understand customer needs, listen actively, and tailor communication.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Cross-sell additional products to new and existing customers to ensure full coverage.
Participate in Test and Learn initiatives to drive growth and satisfaction.
Meet performance metrics for sales, premiums, policies per customer, quality, and productivity.
Adhere to compliance and quality standards.
Use internal systems to keep customer, quote, and policy information accurate.
Follow up with customers in a timely manner.
