You will act as a consultant for individuals and businesses, evaluating their risks and matching them with tailored insurance solutions from our broad portfolio of carriers. This role requires a "go-getter" attitude and a commitment to building long-term community relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Consultative Sales: Evaluate client needs to recommend appropriate coverage in Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines.


• Market Analysis: Utilize quoting tools to compare rates and terms across multiple insurance carriers.


• Lead Generation: Develop a "book of business" through networking, local referrals.


• Client Advocacy: Assist existing policyholders with renewals, coverage modifications, and guidance through the claims process.


• Record Management: Maintain accurate client data and policy documentation in agency management systems.

Requirements:

• Licensing: Active state insurance license in Property & Casualty (P&C) is preferred. Must obtain within 30 days of hire. Licensing assistance available.
