The Juris Agency is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive new business and build strong client relationships in a hybrid role. You’ll offer tailored insurance products, guided by licensing support, and a base salary with commission opportunities to push earnings toward $75,000.

Responsibilities include engaging with prospects via inbound/outbound calls and networking, assessing needs, and maintaining long-term client relationships for referrals. Training and mentorship accompany the role.

Formación

• Must have upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Driven and goal-oriented.
• Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically and decide quickly.
• P and C licensing preferred, but training available.
