Job summary

Simply Business, a Boston-based insurtech, is hiring a Licensed Service Agent to join our Customer Solutions Center. You will be the main contact for service inquiries, helping customers with their policies and ensuring a great experience every time.

The ideal candidate holds a Property & Casualty Producer license, has 1+ year in commercial insurance customer service, and excels at clear communication, attention to detail, and using multiple computer systems to support policy administration.

Qualifications

• Track record of meeting/exceeding SL targets.
• Ability to explain insurance products clearly.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Use of multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via inbound/outbound calls, email, and ZenDesk.
• Resolve issues while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Process policy cancellations & rewrites as appropriate.
• Quote and process policy renewals.
• Send Certificates of Insurance & policy documents as requested.
• Update information on customer accounts in relevant systems.
• Ensure smooth premium payment processing and documentation.
• Manage callbacks and follow ups.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and experience.
