The ideal candidate will hold active P&C and L&H licenses, have insurance sales experience, and demonstrate strong communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills in a supportive, growth-focused agency environment.

Qualificações

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Active Life & Health (L&H) license is required.
• Insurance sales experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and qualify leads through proactive outreach and scheduled appointments.
