Guardian Service is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent specialized in Florida for a remote, full-time role. You will build client relationships, sell home, auto, and other personal lines, and guide clients through coverage options in a high-growth environment.

You'll leverage a steady pipeline of leads, maintain accurate records, and contribute to company growth while earning a competitive base salary plus bonuses. Florida license and local market knowledge are essential.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of high volume sales experience.
• 1+ years of insurance sales experience.
