Job summary

Guardian Service is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent for a full-time, remote role in the United States. You will build client relationships, guide clients through coverage options, and sell home, auto, and personal insurance products while growing your portfolio.

The role requires 5+ years of high-volume sales and 1+ year insurance sales experience, plus a Property & Casualty license. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with a competitive base and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of high-volume sales experience.
• 1+ years of insurance sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and trust through a consultative sales approach, guiding clients to fully understand their insurance options and select the most suitable carrier.
• Educate clients on the value of Guardian Service's offerings.
• Sell and service home, auto, umbrella / liability and other personal insurance products.
• Foster strong client relationships that drive referrals and renewals.
• Maintain accurate records and consistently check on clients' coverage needs.
• Provide valuable feedback and contribute to company growth.
