GreatFlorida Insurance Agency in Weston, FL seeks experienced insurance sales agents licensed in Property & Casualty (or willing to obtain). You will handle a high volume of calls to quote and sell auto and home insurance, build a client base, and achieve monthly targets using our CRM and scripts.

You will receive hands-on training, work Mon-Fri, and enjoy an amazing culture with growth opportunities and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed in Property and Casualty preferred or willing to obtain upon hire
• Experience: a minimum of 1 year in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry
• Ability to handle a high volume of sales opportunities
• Strong written communication skills; fast typing with good spelling, grammar and punctuation
• Develop positive working relationships with clients and teammates
• Willingness to learn and be coachable
• Competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals

Responsabilités

• Answering 80-100 inbound/outbound calls to quote and sell auto and home insurance
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
• Provide customers with a professional, high-value experience
• Prepare personalized insurance quotes, overcome objections, and close sales with outstanding service
• Become a knowledge expert of our carrier insurance products
• Work with our proprietary CRM to build your sales funnel
• Follow up on and close your sales opportunities; meet new business production goals
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists

Requirements
