Ideal candidates have a Florida 220 General Lines License, 3–5 years in insurance, and a proven track record in writing and binding new business, with strong knowledge of personal and commercial lines. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Active Florida 220 General Lines License.
• 3 to 5 years of insurance industry experience.
• Proven success writing and binding new business.
• Experience servicing existing clients and managing policy renewals.
• Strong understanding of personal lines and commercial lines insurance.

Responsabilités

• Quote, sell, and bind insurance policies and products.
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and recommending coverage solutions.
• Review, modify, and service insurance policies accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with agency procedures through timely documentation and recordkeeping.
• Track sales activities, transactions, and policy changes with detailed account notes.
• Manage and update customer information within agency databases and CRM systems.
• Assist with policy renewals, retention efforts, and customer relationship management.
• Market and promote new business opportunities within the local community.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
