Qualifications

• Active Florida220 General Lines License.
• 3 to 5 years of insurance industry experience.
• Proven success writing and binding new business.
• Experience servicing existing clients and managing policy renewals.
• Strong understanding of personal lines and commercial lines insurance.

Responsibilities

• Quote, sell, and bind insurance policies and products
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate coverage solutions
• Review, modify, and service insurance policies accurately and efficiently
• Maintain compliance with agency procedures through timely documentation and recordkeeping
• Track sales activities, transactions, and policy changes with detailed account notes
• Manage and update customer information within agency databases and CRM systems
• Support mail processing and document management functions
• Assist with policy renewals, retention efforts, and customer relationship management
• Market and promote new business opportunities within the local community
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Position Overview
