We are looking for energetic, motivated, and dedicated INSURANCE AGENTS to join our Sales team!

Qualified live leads provided daily! State-of-the-art software & access to all markets!

Responsibilities

1. Selling personal lines insurance to individuals, including property, automobile, or commercial and specialized policies such as liability, flood, or recreational vehicle insurance.
2. Explaining features, benefits, and advantages of various policies.
3. Determining client's particular insurance needs by gathering documents and information.
4. Calling on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, analyze insurance program, and suggest additions or changes.
5. Ensuring that policy requirements are fulfilled and the completion of appropriate forms.
6. Demonstrating excellent communication skills, speaking articulately and persuasively.
7. Possessing strong drive, ambition, and goal orientation.
8. Being available to work M-F from 9:00 am — 5 pm.
9. Having computer knowledge and being able to navigate through multiple systems; phone skills are a must!

Minimum Requirements

1. 4-40 or 2-20 Insurance License is REQUIRED.
2. Prior Insurance experience is necessary!

Base pay, plus bonus paid weekly!
