Job summary

Great Florida Insurance of Delray Beach is hiring Florida 4-40 & 2-20 licensed agents to join our growing team in Delray Beach, FL. Newly licensed candidates are encouraged to apply, and we welcome those early in their licensing process who want to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in insurance.

You will provide exceptional customer service, answer policy questions, process changes, and maintain client records while learning our agency systems.

Qualifications

• Active Florida 4-40 License or currently completing requirements
• Newly licensed candidates are encouraged to apply
• Insurance agency experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate
• Experience with EZLynx is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, positive, and dependable attitude
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and as part of a team
• A genuine desire to help customers and build a career in insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to policyholders
• Answer insurance questions and assist with policy needs
• Process policy changes, payments, certificates, and other service requests
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Work with our team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Identify opportunities to assist clients with additional insurance needs
• Maintain accurate customer and policy information within our agency management system
• Learn and grow your knowledge of insurance products, procedures, and agency operations
