Qualifications

• Licensed to sell Medicare in Illinois.
• Medicare sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to commute to Willis Tower office in downtown Chicago.
• Professional, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must meet all applicable licensing, legal background, and CMS compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle live, pre-screened inbound calls and assist consumers with selecting and enrolling in Medicare health insurance plans
• Make outbound calls to follow up with consumers and review Medicare coverage options
• Educate clients on available Medicare plans and provide personalized recommendations
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving monthly sales goals
• Maintain current knowledge of Medicare regulations and ensure compliance with all CMS and state guidelines
• Accurately document customer interactions and enrollment activity

REQUIREMENTS

• Medicare sales experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to commute to the Willis Tower office in downtown Chicago
