EMERGE in downtown Chicago is seeking an entry-level Sales Specialist to help individuals navigate Medicare options and enroll in suitable plans. This in-office, team-driven role offers paid training and licensing support with uncapped earning potential.

The Willis Tower office is the focal point for daily work and collaboration. You will handle inbound calls, perform outreach to review options, and guide customers through enrollment while maintaining CMS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle live, pre-screened inbound calls and assist consumers in selecting and enrolling in Medicare health insurance plans.
• Make outbound calls to revisit and review Medicare options with consumers.
• Provide expert guidance on health insurance offerings and plan selection.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting monthly sales goals.
• Stay informed on Medicare regulations and comply with all Federal CMS and state standards.
