gobravvo is seeking an Insurance Account Representative to join a State Farm independent contractor agency in Florida. This full-time role focuses on building client relationships, educating policyholders about insurance products, and delivering exceptional service while supporting agency growth.

The ideal candidate will manage inquiries, provide needs-based insurance options, and help drive sales and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Property & Casualty license (required or ability to obtain).
• Life and Health license (required or ability to obtain).
• Licensing training and continuing education commitments.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
• Identify new opportunities for service and sales with both existing and prospective clients.
• Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim processes, and billing issues.
• Educate clients about a comprehensive range of insurance products, including property, casualty, life, and health insurance.
• Prepare insurance quotes, deliver effective sales presentations, and close sales to meet agency goals.
• Engage in ongoing networking activities to increase the agency’s presence within the community and expand the client base.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a consistent commitment to achieving success and exceeding performance expectations.
• Remain up-to-date with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education in the insurance industry.
