Cambias Insurance Agency in the New Orleans metro area is seeking friendly customer service professionals to join a growing, family-oriented team. This full-time role offers a base salary with opportunities for commission and bonus.

The ideal candidate will hold an active Property & Casualty license, insurance industry experience, and strong communication with meticulous attention to detail. You will assist clients, process policy changes, and identify upsell opportunities.

• Complete insurance reviews with existing customers
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our clients
• Seek referrals and Google reviews
• Assist with onboarding clients to ensure they have great expectations and know how to use our services
• Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately
• Ensure policy changes are processed correctly and in compliance with regulations
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a professional who:

• Must hold an Active Property&Casualty license
