Job summary

HES Facilities Management is seeking a Certified or Licensed HVAC Technician (Maintenance) to join our team. You will operate and maintain complex heating and ventilation systems across educational facilities, perform routine and emergency maintenance, and document all activities in our CMMS.

A valid HVAC license, strong diagnostic skills, and a solid background in boiler operation are required. The ideal candidate has at least five years of commercial HVAC experience, a high school diploma or

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC license/certification required.
• 5 years’ experience in commercial HVAC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and repair heating and ventilating equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Respond to alarms and diagnose problems in building systems.
• Complete documentation and reports for work orders.
