Job summary

HES Facilities Management is seeking an HVAC Technician in Fort Valley, GA. The role involves troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, operating steam boilers, performing maintenance, and diagnosing HVAC controls on a variety of heating and ventilating equipment.

The position requires a High School diploma (or equivalent) and a Journeyman HVAC license or equivalent training, with 5 years of related experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and basic hand tools are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Journeyman HVAC license required or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience in commercial HVAC preferred.
• Must have valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair heating and ventilating equipment and controls.
• Perform major and routine maintenance on HVAC systems and controls.
• Maintain all preventive maintenance and related records.
• Respond to alarms and on-call duties as required.
• Support other trades when needed.
