Air Masters is a well established commercial HVAC company seeking an experienced licensed HVAC Technician. Service, install, and maintain all makes of HVAC equipment across southeastern MA and RI. Pay based on experience and certifications, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and prevailing wage work.

The role involves installing RTUs, heat pumps, VRF equipment, and performing diagnostics in varied environments. Travel is daily within MA/RI, with full-time hours and plenty of growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years commercial HVAC service experience.
• Minimum 3 years HVAC system installation experience.
• Journeyman refrigeration license in MA or RI (preferred).
• EPA universal certification and valid driver's license.
• Must possess hand tools and good communication skills.
• High school diploma required; willing to learn controls installation.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial HVAC service and maintenance across MA/RI.
• Install RTUs, heat pumps, and VRF equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems on site.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Assist with project installations and support field staff.

Air Masters is a well established commercial HVAC company looking for an experienced Licensed HVAC Technician. We service southeastern MA and RI. Our company services and installs and maintains all makes and models of HVAC equipment. This position will be mostly service, it will also include installations of RTUs, Heat Pumps and VRF equipment. Pay will be based on experience and certifications. This position has a significant amount of prevailing wage work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Minimum 3 years commercial HVAC service experience
• Minimum 3 years HVAC system installation experience
• Motivated and enjoy working in the HVAC industry
• Journeyman refrigeration license in either MA or RI
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• EPA universal certification
• Valid driver's license
• Must possess hand tools
• Good communication skills
• High school diploma
• Skills in controls installation and troubleshooting or a willingness to learn
• MA or RI Refrigeration (Preferred)

Work Environment

This position requires the employee to work both inside and outside. The employee may be subject to loud noises and hot and cold temperatures while on work site.

Positions Type and Expected hours of Work

This is a full-time 40-hour position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
