Job summary

RISE Group Inc. seeks an experienced Licensed HVAC Technician to service, install and maintain HVAC systems in southeastern MA and RI. The role involves RTUs, heat pumps, and VRF equipment, with daily travel and a standard 40-hour work week.

The ideal candidate will have a journeyman refrigeration license in MA or RI, EPA certification, and strong diagnostic skills, plus a valid driver’s license and good communication abilities. A sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years commercial HVAC service experience.
• Minimum 3 years HVAC system installation experience.
• EPA universal certification required.
• Journeyman refrigeration license in MA or RI required.

Responsibilities

• Service, install and maintain HVAC equipment, RTUs, heat pumps and VRF systems.
• Travel to job sites throughout MA and RI with daily travel.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems and controls.
• Operate safely with company vehicle and tools; communicate effectively with customers.
