Hardin Heating & Air, LLC is hiring a full-time Licensed HVAC Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating and air conditioning systems throughout Midlothian, TX (and nearby areas).

• Competitive base wage of $30.00 – $40.00/hour
• Hybrid pay structure with tiered performance incentives

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Do you meet these qualifications?

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership position
• EPA Section 608 certification
• TDLR registration
• NATE certification
• Proficiency with electrical and mechanical systems
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to learn more and keep growing in the trade
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in extreme temperatures, and work in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, etc.)
• Ability to use multimeters, gauges, and similar tools
• Ability to use ServiceTitan (or similar software) for invoicing and scheduling
• Commitment to safety
