Job summary

Hardin Heating & Air, LLC is seeking a full-time Licensed HVAC Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating and air conditioning systems in Midlothian, TX and nearby areas.

The position offers a take-home company vehicle, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO after 90 days, performance-based pay opportunities, a fuel card, training, and a sign-on bonus. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 certification is required.
• TDLR registration and NATE certification preferred.
• Proficiency with electrical and mechanical HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain heating and air conditioning systems.
• Lead and mentor team members in a leadership role.
• Use multimeters, gauges and related tools; document work and scheduling.
• Maintain safety standards and pass background/drug screening.
