Job summary

1-Hour HVAC is seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to join our growing team. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC systems while delivering exceptional customer service to clients in the multifamily industry.

In this role, you will:

To qualify, you should have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC field
• A strong understanding of HVAC systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• A valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• EPA License required for HVAC
• Proficiency with basic technology, including smartphones, tablets, and computers, is essential. Candidates must be comfortable using softwares for timekeeping (including clocking in/out from various locations and adding job-specific notes), job management (updating progress, reviewing scopes, and uploading photos), and email communication.
