Hardin Heating & Air, LLC in Midlothian, TX seeks a seasoned Lead HVAC Installation Technician to oversee complete system changeouts, air handlers/furnaces, coils, and condensers. You’ll lead a team, ensuring top‑quality installations and client satisfaction.

Route is full‑time, Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM with occasional weekends. Competitive pay, plus commissions, a company truck, fuel card, and insurance after 90 days with PTO after 1 year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience installing heating and air conditioning systems.
• EPA‑certified technician.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC installation projects from start to finish, including complete system changeouts.
• Supervise field technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with schedulers and customers to deliver timely, safe installations.
