Lex Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our field team. You will service and repair residential systems, diagnose issues, and provide clear cost estimates and recommendations to customers.
The ideal candidate has 2 years’ residential HVAC experience, holds TDLR and EPA certifications, excels in customer service, and can perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
The ideal HVAC Service Technician candidate should have exceptional customer service and HVAC service experience. Successful candidates are organized and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Service Manager. Must be available to work full shifts plus overtime.
Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodation may be made to perform essential functions.
Pay Range: $70,000—$100,000 USD
