• Ability to integrate into an established, high‑morale team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC and sheet metal installation projects from inception to final inspection.
• Lead a team of up to three PMs to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, labor, and materials to maximize net profit margins.
• Ensure all installations meet state/local codes and company quality standards.
