You will lead a small PM team, manage budgets, and ensure top‑quality HVAC and sheet metal installations in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The role emphasizes licensure, cost awareness, and leadership, with a strong focus on profitability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active HVAC or sheet metal license required.
• Experience managing high‑value HVAC/sheet metal installations.
• Strong understanding of job costing, budgets and project netting.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small management team.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline management of large HVAC/sheet metal installation projects.
• Lead a small team of up to three PMs to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, labor and materials to maximize net profit margins; participate in commissions.
• Ensure installations meet state/local codes and our 35‑year standard.
