6 Degrees Search is seeking a Licensed Project Manager – HVAC & Sheetmetal in the Greater Boston Area (Malden/Haverhill, MA). You will manage a pipeline of HVAC and sheet metal installations totaling up to $8 million annually, lead a small PM team, and ensure project profitability and client satisfaction.

Active HVAC or Sheetmetal license required, with proven experience on high‑value projects. Strong budgeting skills and leadership abilities are essential for driving a stable, long‑term

Licensure: active HVAC or Sheetmetal license.
Experience: proven background managing high-value HVAC/sheet metal installations.
Business acumen: strong budgeting, cost control and project profitability understanding.
Leadership: ability to lead a small PM team and maintain morale.”

Responsibilities

Pipeline Management: oversee large HVAC/sheet metal installations from inception to inspection.
Team Leadership: coordinate a small PM team to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Profitability & Efficiency: manage budgets, labor, and materials to maximize net profit and trigger commissions.
Quality Control: ensure installations meet code and company 35-year standard.
