Qualifications

• Active and valid Sheetmetal or HVAC license is required.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline management of large-scale HVAC and sheet metal installations from inception to inspection.
• Lead a team of up to three Project Managers to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
• Oversee project budgets, labor, and materials to maximize net profit margins and trigger commissions.
• Ensure installations meet high standards and comply with state/local codes.
